  Totally disappointed. Went to Werribee (VIC) excited and ready for a great day out but couldn't be more unimpressed by the events that unfolded. Before I got to do my paid laps, they have a sales pitch designed to convince you into paying a "reduced' fee for another 2 laps + a hot lap - I took it but really wish I hadn't. Not only did I not get my hot laps, I also couldn't get them refunded when I found out they short changed me as I had already signed the form before being allowed to get into the car ! After talking with the owner he assured me that they would refund but reneged after a month and disputed my claim. There's no useful information at all provided in the briefing except for a huge emphasis on "crash our cars and we will make you pay!". The driving instructor I had pretended that I'd done my 8 laps until I confronted him before we left. The right thing to do would have been to acknowledge the mistake and fix it - at the very least you wouldn't charge for services not provided! Instead the owner accused me of acting irresponsibly because I had skidded to a stop even though there was no damage whatsoever to anyone or anything. Him and his wife Esther then debited my card $50.. honesty is not high on the list for this operator and the condition of the cars and track is evidence of this.
